7. Drops and Refill Policy

Although we aim for high retention, follower or engagement drops may occasionally occur. If you notice a drop, contact us within the specified window—we’ll do our best to restore the difference under our Refill Policy.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered at all.

  • The refund request is submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • The client has first contacted support to attempt resolution.

Refunds are not issued for partial deliveries, user-side changes (e.g., switching to a private account), or drops that occur outside our refill window.
